Population growth that is difficult to control creates new problems, such as limited land for housing. The need for decent housing continues to increase every year. Apart from being feasible, housing can also be an investment if it is intended for the future. b. Residential which includes various types of housing and settlements from class, ranging from couple houses, simple houses, luxury homes, to apartments and condominiums.
c. Industrial which includes the types of small, medium, and large industries.
d. Public which includes various kinds of buildings or land used for the public interest, such as village halls / urban village halls, sub-district office halls, public recreation facilities, sports facilities, and so on.
The second category is informal activities that are not recorded in land use or building use.
Infrastructure in an economic context can be seen as something that is invested as a form of “investment” in an urban area. In addition, the toll road network, electricity, and the construction of a campus building in an area on the outskirts of the city will invite investment to enter the area.
